Terms and Conditions

By enrolling at Next Level Baseball Inc. (NLB), parents, guardians, and the participants understand the risk and assume full responsibility for all damages or injuries that may occur at any of the premises where NLB provides its services. Parents and participants will not hold the owners, coaches, staff, agents, all associated facilities, managers, or any other members of NLB accountable for any injury, loss of property, or damages that may occur during any activity or events. The parents, participants, or their guardians, agree to follow rules in place by Next Level Baseball and the associated facilities.

Other terms and conditions include:

• By subscribing, you are agreeing to receive promotional, marketing, and communications about NLB.
• Participants, Parents, and/or their guardians, agree to be removed from the premises if they are not to follow the facility or NLB rules and no refund will apply in this scenario.
• The parents, participants, and guardians are not to share any of the coaching material with other coaches, players, or academies unless authorized by a member of NLB.
